Coconut Oil
A staple at my house! Coconut oil is extracted from the inner meat of a coconut, and has about a million and a half uses. Use it to restore your skin, as part of an oil pulling routine, and as a healthy fat in most recipes. Coconut oil supports a healthy metabolism, so dunk a little in your coffee if you feel like it!
Coconut Butter
Ready for a little sweetness? Coconut butter definitely delivers. It’s super easy to make it yourself, because it’s just shredded coconut processed for a certain amount of time. It’s an incredibly good source of healthy fats. Use it in your sweet recipes, and pass a little along to your baby!
