I’m writing to you today to personally invite you on our final 2017 Timber, Coconut, and Coffee Discovery Tour to Nicaragua. For the past sixteen years, my partner and I have introduced thousands of North Americans to this rapidly-growing developing nation. I’m talking about Today’s Nicaragua, not the Nicaragua of the 1970’s and 1980’s.

Imagine The Big Island (Hawaii) 35 years ago, or Cancun 25 years ago, when hardly anyone visited. That’s how Nicaragua was when Ken first came here in 1993 on a surfing trip. Property that sold for $600/acre on the sand in 2001 is now selling for $180,000/acre. Raw farmland along the Pan-American Highway that sold at $280/acre is now fetching $20,000/acre or more. The profits have been life-changing… and there’s still time to make a fortune if you know how to buy right.

The markets have been volatile over the past 20-years in the U.S., and investors portfolio’s have paid a heavy toll. If you are lucky, you are now finally ahead as we continue to see higher and higher bubble values. But what will the next correction bring?
