Nicaragua: $15 million Investment in Supermarket

The Pricesmart chain has started construction of its second supermarket in Managua, whose start of operations is planned for November this year.
The new wholesale store will have an area of ​​27 000 m2, of which 5000 will be for sale areas and 9000 for warehouses, administrative offices and other areas.

Many of our customers live in that area and after reviewing the areas that are gaining the most in value and have a promising future, we decided on this area on ​​the road to Masaya,” said Marin. Regarding the possibility of opening up new stores in other parts of the country, the company representative said that so far it is not among their future plans.
